18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All three generations are of Han nationality; 2. Age 18-65 years old, gender is not limited; 3. No systemic diseases such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease; 4. Sign the informed consent form and are willing to accept the test.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with systemic diseases, menstruating, pregnant or breastfeeding women; 2. Received periodontal treatment within 3 months before the start of the trial; 3. Oral surgery within 3 months before the start of the trial; 4. Participated in other clinical studies within 3 months before the start of the trial; 5. Smoking cigarettes or any vaping products, pipes or cigars; 6. Investigators believe that their general and oral conditions are not suitable for subjects participating in this study; 7. Taking medicines that cause gingival hyperplasia in the past three months; 8. Antibiotics, antiviral, antifungal, antiparasitic, steroid drugs (such as dexamethasone) or immunomodulatory drugs (such as interleukin, methotrexate), probiotics within the past three months (no fermented foods such as yogurt).
