20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 20~40 years old; 2. Women who are diagnosed with pregnancy by blood or urine hCG examination, the gestational age at the time of diagnosis is less than 5 weeks, and the pregnancy is required to continue; 3. During the study period, the inspection data records were complete, the menstrual cycle was regular, the cycle was 28~30 days, and the time of the last menstrual period was clear; 4. Cooperate to complete relevant blood sample collection, testing and B-ultrasound examination; 5. No serious medical and surgical complications; 6. The patient signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined malignant tumor; 2. There are pregnancy contraindications; 3. Actively request to give up pregnancy; 4. Lost to follow-up.
