Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Class I to III; 2. Age range from 18 to 65; 3. Body mass index (BMI) 19-30 kg/m2; 4. Male and female patients who plan to receive Skyline robot-assisted lumbar internal fixation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Long-term use of opioids or steroids; 2. Coagulation disorders, therapeutic anticoagulation; 3. Pregnancy history.
