HS group:Patients in the HS group are pre-injected with 4 mL/kg hypertonic saline.
NS group:Patients in the NS group are pre-injected with 4 mL/kg isotonic saline

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Shoulder arthroscopy is planned, the American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I-III, aged 18 to 85 years, the anesthesia is general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of central nervous system (transient ischemic attack, stroke, hemorrhage, syncope, chronic headache, cervical disc herniation, spinal cord injury, orthostatic hypotension); 2. Electrolyte disorder; 3. MMSE score < 24 or a history of dementia, preoperative delirium, neurological or psychiatric disorders due to various causes; 4. Currently using sedatives or antidepressants; 5. Patients with infection or chronic inflammation who have recently taken anti-inflammatory drugs; 6. Do not agree to complete the experimental procedure; 7. Language impairment, hearing impairment or visual impairment, illiteracy; 8. Alcohol or drug dependence; 9. Allergies to pregnancy and narcotic drugs.
