Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for workplaces: (1) Number of full-time employees > 100; (2) Average turnover rate of past three years < 20%; (3) Employer agrees to participate in the study and deliver the intervention to the employees; (4) With a regular physical examination system for employees. 2. Inclusion criteria for employees participating in the "intervention" (comprehensive workplace cancer prevention intervention) (1) All current employees; (2) Willing and able to use the "Healthy Work" mini-program to receive comprehensive workplace cancer prevention intervention and management. 3. Inclusion criteria for employees participating in the "evaluation" (comprehensive intervention effect evaluation) (1) Meet the inclusion criteria for participating in the "intervention"; (2) Able to participate in daily work normally; (3) Will not retire or have foreseeable resignation within the next 3 years; (4) Agree to participate in the relevant surveys for effect evaluation and have signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for employees participating in the "evaluation" (comprehensive intervention effect evaluation) (1) Already diagnosed with cancer; (2) Pregnant women and women in the preconception period; (3) Unable to participate in the "evaluation" survey due to any other physical, psychological, or social reasons.
