Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Acne/rosacea group: (1) Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria for acne or rosacea (or both) by a dermatologist; (2) Ability to participate long-term and regular follow-up; (3) Ability to understand and sign the informed consent form. 2. Atopic dermatitis group: (1) Atopic dermatitis diagnosed with Williams criteria; (2) Ability to participate long-term and regular follow-up; (3) Ability to understand and sign the informed consent form. 3. Chronic prurigo group: (1) Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria for prurigo or chronic prurigo or prurigo nodularis or simple prurigo (or with other comorbidities) by at least two dermatologists; (2) Ability to participate long-term and regular follow-up; (3) Aged>=12 years; (4) Active stage >=2 and IGA >=2; (5) Skin lesions involving >=2 sites; (6) Ability to understand and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acne/rosacea group: (1) Participated in other clinical research; (2) Patients with Seborrheic dermatitis, contact dermatitis, atopic dermatitis, lupus erythematosus, etc.; (3) Pregnant or lactating women; (4) Combined with malignant tumor, severe mental disorder, heart, liver or renal diseases; (5) Unable to understand or has poor compliance. 2. Atopic dermatitis group: (1) Participated in other clinical research; (2) Unable to understand or has poor compliance. 3. Chronic prurigo group: (1) Participated in other clinical research; (2) Unable to understand or has poor compliance.
