Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient age >=45 years; 2. Time of diagnosis of chronic non-communicable diseases >1 year; 3. Long-term use of at least one drug for more than 6 months; 4. Patients voluntarily participated and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Not being able to use a smartphone; 2. Severe hearing impairment; 3. Have mental disorder or cognitive disorder; 4. Use other electronic devices to remind you to take medicine.
