60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age of the patients is >=60 years old, and the diagnosis and treatment information is complete; 2. The diagnostic criteria for depression and MCI are met at the same time; 3. The patients are willing to participate in this study and have basic comprehension and verbal expression skills.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Relevant past history affecting cognitive function: various types of stroke, traumatic brain injury, severe brain atrophy, mental disorders; 2. Perennial alcohol addiction, or long-term use of various drugs affecting mental state (sedatives, analgesics, etc.); 3. Malignant tumor , Survival period with tumor; 4. Patients with language, vision and hearing impairments, who are prone to errors in the process of quantifying cognitive function.
