Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria for the study subjects were: ? age =60 years; ? meeting the diagnostic criteria for Subjective Cognitive Decline (SCD) and Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI); ? being able to communicate normally in Mandarin and cooperate with the completion of the scale assessment; ? voluntarily participating in this study. The diagnostic criteria for SCD are as follows: ? Compared with the previous normal state, the self-perceived cognitive function continues to decline, and it is not related to acute events; ? After correction for age, gender, and years of education, the standard cognitive test is normal, or the diagnostic criteria for MCI are not met. The diagnostic criteria for MCI are as follows: ? age =60 years, reported by patients or informed persons, or discovered by experienced clinicians; ? slight impairment in complex instrumental daily abilities, but maintaining independent daily living abilities; ? Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) total score of 30 points, with illiterate group =13 points, primary school group =19 points, and junior high school and above group =24 points, which is considered to be cognitive impairment; ? after clinical evaluation, diagnosed as mild cognitive impairment, but not meeting the DSM-IV dementia diagnostic criteria.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe aphasia or other factors that could preclude completion of neuropsychological assessment; 2. Gastrointestinal, renal, hepatic, respiratory, or other systemic diseases; 3. Other disorders or use of medication that could affect cognitive functions; 4. Neurological or psychiatric conditions that could affect cognition (eg, Parkinson's disease, stroke, schizophrenia); 5. Participation in another clinical study.
