Interventions

Group1:Ultrasound-guided saphenous nerve block combined with sciatic nerve block (0.25% ropivacaine 20ml each)
Group 2:Ultrasound-guided saphenous nerve block combined with sciatic nerve block (0.375% ropivacaine 20ml each)

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade I or II patients; 2. Age ranged from 18 to 65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Coagulation dysfunction; 2. Infection at puncture site; 3. Acute and chronic pain before operation; 4. Neuromuscular junction disease patients; 5. Diabetes mellitus; 6. Cognitive dysfunction, drug addiction history; 7. Moderate to severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 8. BMI > 32.
