Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent TKAs for end-stage knee arthritis; 2. All operations and perioperative management were performed by one single experienced orthopedic surgeon and his team; 3. Preoperative diagnosis is OA or RA (with or without knee joint, varus/valgus deformity); 4. Preoperative tibia complete, patellofemoral joint activity is good, no dislocation or semi-dislocation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients suffering from basic diseases such as severe cardiopulmonary disease; 2. Due to hip joint, foot disease and trauma, the patient cannot complete the normal functional exercise after surgery; 3. Due to the history of Parkinson syndrome, the history of cerebral infarction, the patient could not leave bed, lower extremus muscle atrophy; 4. History of previous knee surgery and fractures around the knee joint.
