4 Years to 8 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. One hundred and twenty patients, aged 4–8 years, ASA physical status I or II, who are scheduled to undergo adenotonsillectomy surgery are enrolled in Shanxi Provincial Children's Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients had brain diseases,autonomic nervous system disorders, liver or renal diseases, endocrinological diseases, cardiac arrhythmia; 2. Patients with preoperative chronic pain or a history of upper respiratory tract infection in the preceding 4 weeks were also excluded from the study.
