60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years; 2. Predicted to stay in ICU >= 48 hours; 3. Provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to perform NIRS monitoring because of anatomic factors; 2. Other serious intracranial diseases (intracranial infection, cerebral hemorrhage, aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, brain trauma, other patients after intracranial surgery); 3. Patients with carotid plaque or thrombus; 4. Patients with carotid or intracranial artery stenosis; 5. Another clinical trial was enrolled in the past 30 days; 6. The decision to refuse life support treatment.
