Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA Class II to III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hypersensitivity to ropivacaine or lidocaine; 2. Traumatic infection at the block site, abnormal coagulation; 3. Severe organ (heart, lung, liver, kidney) insufficiency, neurological disorders; 4. Long-term abuse of analgesic drugs; 5. Incapacity for self-care or speech and communication disorders; 6. Refusal to use PCIA.
