Age

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female patients aged 18 to 60 years; 2. Healthy patients (ASA=I); 3. There is no acute inflammation or infection in the operation area; 4. No NSAID use history 4 weeks before operation; 5. Not allergic to penicillin or any other drugs used in the standardized treatment after surgery; 6. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who smoke or drink heavily; 2. After clinical or reflexological examination, there are tumor lesions (benign or malignant) in or near the operation area; 3. Patients with severe periodontitis; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Patients lack compliance.
