20 Years to 42 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Women's age: 20-42; 2. IVF/ICSI fertilization patients; 3. Whole embryo freezing during egg taking cycle; 4. After 4 embryos at cleavage stage are frozen, the number of frozen blastocysts can be = 2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. PGT cycle assisted pregnancy; 2. Uterine diseases that may affect implantation (including the history of uterine cavity adhesion, submucous myoma,>4cm muscle wall, endometrial myoma, adenomyosis); 3. There is hydrosalpinx and no proximal tubal ligation; 4. Serious endocrine disease; 5. Severe heart disease, unstable angina, cardiac insufficiency above grade III, acute myocardial infarction and/or old myocardial infarction; 6. People with bad habits of alcohol, drug and drug abuse; 7. HIV or syphilis positive; 8. The researcher thinks that it is not suitable for this study.
