Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Non COPD group: 1. The pulmonary function evaluation meets FEV1/FVC (forced expiratory volume/forced vital capacity in the first second) = 95%; 2. 40 years= age = 80 years; 3. The community periodontal index CPI = 3, the number of missing and filled teeth DMF = 10, and the number of remaining teeth in the mouth is more than 20. The clinical diagnosis is chronic periodontitis; 4. Han residents living in Qingdao for more than 5 years; 5. The clinical diagnosis of pulmonary nodules or malignant tumors requires lobectomy; COPD group: 1. Continuous airflow restriction, FEV1/FVC<70% after inhalation of bronchodilator, excluding other airflow restriction diseases with known causes or characteristic pathological manifestations, clinical diagnosis of COPD; 2. 40 years= age = 80 years; 3. The community periodontal index CPI = 3, the number of missing and filled teeth DMF = 10, and the number of remaining teeth in the mouth is more than 20. The clinical diagnosis is chronic periodontitis; 4. Han residents living in Qingdao for more than 5 years; 5. The clinical diagnosis of pulmonary nodules or malignant tumors requires lobectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non COPD group: 1. Used antibiotics, steroids and other hormones (including oral, intramuscular and intravenous injection), probiotics and other microecological agents within three months; 2. Other pulmonary inflammatory diseases, cardiovascular diseases, metabolic diseases and mental diseases (hypertension, diabetes, depression, etc.); 3. Shegren syndrome, history of radiotherapy in head, neck and maxillofacial region, and history of systemic radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 4. He has received any form of oral treatment within one month. COPD group: 1. Used antibiotics, steroids and other hormones (including oral, intramuscular and intravenous injection), probiotics and other microecological agents within three months; 2. Cardiovascular disease, metabolic disease and mental disease (hypertension, diabetes, depression, etc.); 3. There was an acute attack of COPD within 1 month; 4. Shegren syndrome, history of radiotherapy in head, neck and maxillofacial region, and history of systemic radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 5. Has received any form of oral treatment within one month.
