Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient standard: 1. Healthy patients aged 7 to 40 (ASA grade 1); 2. The patients understood and agreed with the individualized root canal barrier surgery, with good compliance; Dental standards: 1. Anterior teeth or premolars 2. Acute or chronic pulpitis of permanent teeth with unclosed apical foramen and large root canals; 3. Pulp necrosis of permanent teeth with unclosed apical foramen and large root canals; 4. Chronic periapical periodontitis of permanent teeth with unclosed apical foramen and large root canals; 5. Permanent teeth with unclosed apical foramen and trauma of large root canal teeth; 6. Incomplete root development: the diameter of the apical foramen is = 1.0mm, and the length of the root is at least 5mm [Cement Enamel Junction (CEJ) to the root tip.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient standard: 1. Patients with systemic diseases (ASA grades 2-6), such as systemic diseases diabetes, immunodeficiency diseases, leukemia, Edison's disease, Kurt's disease, etc; 2. Have taken immunosuppressive drugs or chemotherapy drugs, including glucocorticoids, in the past three months; 3. Known mental illness, alcohol abuse, inability to quit smoking, drug abuse or drug abuse; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Poor compliance, unable to return regularly, unable to contact the patient or his family members; 6. The root canal barrier operation was not well understood and agreed. Dental standards: 1. Affected teeth that cannot be repaired; 2. The affected teeth cannot be isolated by the rubber barrier; 3. Affected teeth with bone adhesion or inflammatory absorption (including internal absorption and external absorption); 4. Teeth with severe periapical periodontitis or apical cyst; 5. Retreated affected teeth; 6. Affected teeth with root fracture or alveolar bone fracture; 7. The affected teeth with III degree looseness (>2mm horizontal mobility or any vertical mobility) or tooth invagination.
