Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 25-35 years; 2. BMI greater than 30kg / m2 and BMI greater than 17.5 and less than 24kg / m2; 3. Healthy men preparing for pre pregnancy examination; 4. Forbid entry for 2-7 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Inflammatory lesions of reproductive system; 2. Varicocele; 3. Genetic diseases such as chromosome abnormalities; 4. Cryptorchidism; 5. hypertension, diabetes and other systemic diseases.
