18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The clinical diagnosis conforms to the NMOSD diagnostic standard formulated by the International NMO Diagnostic Group (IPND) in 2015; 2. The age of enrollment is 18-80 years old, regardless of gender; 3. Visual Analogue (VAS)>4; 4. Understand and be willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form before joining the group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Epilepsy history or family history of epilepsy; 2. Previous craniocerebral surgery; 3. Intracranial implants; 4. Cardiac pacing implantation; 5. ECG indicates arrhythmia (sick sinus syndrome, fast supraventricular tachycardia, fast ventricular tachycardia, preexcitation syndrome, etc.); 6. Platelets below 100 × 109/L, severe liver and kidney insufficiency.
