Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-75 years; 2. ECOG score 0-2; 3. No anti-tumor treatment has been performed in the past, and histology has confirmed squamous cell carcinoma (nasal cavity, paranasal sinus, oral cavity, hypopharynx); 4. The primary tumor is adjacent to important organs, and the conventional surgical scope requires the removal of organs (maxillectomy, mandibular segmental resection, total laryngectomy), but there is no obvious clinical evidence indicating bone invasion. The clinical lymph node staging was N1-2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Assess suspected distant metastasis before treatment; 2. The pathology is non squamous carcinoma or the primary lesion pathology contains non squamous cell components.
