Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All neonates receiving clinical whole genome sequencing in Hospital of Yiyang Maternity and Child Care during the study period; 2. The guardian signs the informed consent for scientific research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The guardian does not agree to participate in this study; 2. Samples with unqualified whole genome sequencing data quality.
