Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis conforms to the stroke standard of Diagnostic Essentials of Various Cerebrovascular Diseases revised by the 4th National Cerebrovascular Disease Academic Conference of the Chinese Medical Association in 1995; 2. Age = 18 years; 3. First onset, in the subacute stage of cerebral stroke; 4. Biceps brachii MAS grade 1-3; 5. Meet the standards of shock wave therapy; 6. Normal cognitive function; 7. The dose of oral muscle relaxant was not adjusted within 1 month before treatment; 8. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The affected upper limb has a history of elbow joint surgery; 2. Sports disorders or diseases that directly affect motor function, such as rheumatoid arthritis, joint deformity and spinal cord injury; 3. In recent 3 months, he received Botox, alcohol or phenol blocking treatment; 4. Spasm of the affected upper limb extensor elbow muscle with MAS score above grade 1; 5. Severe hypertension, angina pectoris, pulmonary infection, renal failure or severe diabetes (complex and gangrene, renal injury, retinopathy and other complications); 6. Epilepsy history; 7. Serious mental disorder; 8. Malignant tumor; 9. Venous thrombosis of affected upper limb.
