Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of MM in the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Multiple Myeloma 2020, and use bortezomib as the basic drug for at least 2 courses of chemotherapy; 2. The classification of peripheral neuropathy in the version 4.0 of NCI-CTC developed by the National Cancer Institute of the United States was 1~3; 3. The score of ECOG physical fitness grading standard is 0-1; 4. Be over 18 years old and under 70 years old, and have the ability to accurately understand relevant issues of researchers; 5. Joined the study voluntarily with informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with obvious mental illness; 2. Those with serious cardiopulmonary function, liver dysfunction, and those receiving hemodialysis; 3. Patients with a history of diabetes, venous thrombosis, fracture within three months, severe osteoporosis, and limb dysfunction; 4. Those who do not agree to sign the informed consent form.
