Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria of severe acute pancreatitis (according to Classification of acute pancreatitis-2012: revision of the Atlanta classification and definitions by international consensus); 2.Aged 18-80 years old; 3.Time from onset of the disease to hospital admission of less than 72 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are acute and chronic infectious diseases before and at the onset; 2. Serious chronic organ failure such as heart, liver, lung, kidney and blood system has existed before the onset; 3. Untreated malignant tumor; 4. Autoimmune disease or immunosuppression (solid organ or bone marrow transplantation, AIDS, long-term use of immunosuppressants or hormones, etc.); 5. Clinical data and residual blood samples are missing.
