Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who plan to undergo unilateral total hip replacement; 2. ASA classification: I-III; 3. BMI: 18~35 ( Kg/m2 ); 4. Aged 18-80 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious cardiopulmonary disease (ASA>Grade III) before operation and who need to be transferred to ICU for further treatment after operation; 2. Patients taking opioids before operation; 3. The patient has mental illness and cannot cooperate with the patient; 4. Patients with abnormal liver and kidney functions; 5. Patients with abnormal coagulation function; 6. Patients with a history of lumbar surgery; 7. Patients with local anesthetic allergy.
