No minimum to 16 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged from 28 days to 16 years; 2. Presenting with symptoms of infection, sequential organ failure score>=2; 3. Children with acute disturbance of consciousness, such as coma, delirium, convulsion and abnormal agitation, Pediatric Glasgow Coma Scale Score <=12.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Underlying neurological disorders; 2. Intracranial infection, intracranial hemorrhage and organic pathological changes; 3. Other system function failure secondary to the neurological dysfunction, such as hepatic encephalopathy, renal encephalopathy and so on; 4. Congenital metabolic disorder, brain damage caused by poisoning, etc.; 5. Allergic to Glutathione.
