18 Years to 44 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chronic ovulatory or anovulatory menstrual cycle interval >=35 days or annual bleeding =12 follicles 2-9 mm in diameter in one or both ovaries, and/or ovarian volume >10 cm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant patients; 2. Other diseases that can cause symptoms similar to PCOS, such as hyperthyroidism, Cushing's syndrome, hyperprolactimia, etc.; 3. Take sex hormone drugs within 3 months; 4. Non-menstrual PCOS patients; 5. History of malignancy.
