Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Female patients with tumor diameter of 1.0 - 5.0cm and BIRADS class 4 or above, who agree to participate in this study and plan to operate in the nail and breast surgery of our hospital.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Puncture site infection; 2. Patients with local anesthetic allergy; 3. Coagulation dysfunction; 4. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 5. Patients with a history of mental disorders or drug dependence.
