Interventions

Control group:Ultrasound-guided intratumoral ethanol injection was performed firstly, followed by HIFU treatment the next day
Experimental group:On the basis of the control group, HIFU was given intravenously 15 minutes before treatment at a dose of 0.12U/min

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathological examination confirmed uterine fibroids, all of which were single lesions; 2. Aged >=18 years; 3. Patients give informed consent and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are unconscious or unable to communicate in language; 2. There are contraindications for HIFU therapy or ultrasound guided intratumor anhydrous ethanol injection.
