Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who met the diagnostic criteria for early threatened abortion before 12 weeks of gestation after IVF-ET surgery; 2. Self-rating anxiety scale score >=50 points (standard score); 3. Have certain audiovisual, speaking, reading and writing ability, can cooperate with research; 4. Sign informed consent; 5. Volunteer to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with ectopic pregnancy; 2. Patients suffering from serious physical or chronic diseases, such as serious heart, brain or kidney diseases, serious mental disorders; 3. Used antidepressant drugs in the last 2 months; 4. Vaginal bleeding except cervix and other causes; 5. Those who have had a serious family accident recently (such as the death of a loved one); 6. Current or previous participants in other psychotherapy; 7. Serious organic diseases of the reproductive system or endocrine system.
