Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primiparas with gestational age >=28 weeks who were expecting natural vaginal delivery in a Class III maternity hospital in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. 2. Aged >=20 years. 3. Voluntarily agree to participate in this research. 4. Basic reading, comprehension and communication skills. 5. Vision and hearing are basically normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Past or current participants in other clinical studies and psychological interventions. 2. Have a history of mental illness or mental disorders. 3. The researchers did not consider other reasons to participate in the study.
