Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. There were 50 male and 50 female patients respectively; 2. No gender limit, aged 18 years or above and in good health; 3. Diagnosed with androgenetic alopecia; 4. Sign and date informed consent; 5. Consent of those with reproductive potential to use appropriate methods of birth control; 6. Urine pregnancy test at screening was negative; 7. Be willing to maintain the same hair style, color, and texture throughout the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to or contraindicated to any component of 5% Minoxidil tincture; 2. Clinical history of hypotension; 3. Untreated or uncontrolled high blood pressure; 4. Pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding; 5. History of hair transplantation; 6. Other types of skin diseases of the scalp, which need to be controlled by long-term use of drugs; 7. Participation in any other drug studies currently or within the past six months; 8. Underlying disease; Anemia, diabetes, chronic alcoholism, previous history of gastrointestinal surgery, short bowel syndrome, Crohn's disease, digestive disorders, hypothyroidism/hyperthyroidism, sickle cell disease, autoimmune diseases, iron deficiency anemia; 9. Mental disorder trichotillomania; 10. Diet control.
