Experimental group:Supraclavicular nerve combined with deep surface infiltration nerve block

Control group:Superficial cervical plexus combined with interscalen brachial plexus block

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-70 years with clavicular fracture with ASA score of 1-3.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with local anesthetic allergy, coagulopathy, mental illness, block puncture site rupture infection, pregnancy and refusal of nerve block anesthesia.
