Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years; 2. Fitzpatrick II-IV skin type; 3. Freckles and solar spots may be evident through an ophthalmic examination or dermoscope/confocal microscope.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating patients; 2. Patients with other skin diseases (such as light sensitivity, cicatricial constitution, melasma, skin tumors, infected persons in the treatment area), systemic diseases (diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, etc.) and mental diseases; 3. Those who have received any laser, injection, radiofrequency or surgical treatment in the last 3 months; 4. Patients who could not follow up on schedule or could not cooperate with the study for other reasons.
