18 Years to 59 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 59 years; 2. 2019-NCoV nucleic acid test and 2019-NCoV specific IgM and IgG were negative before inoculation; 3. In good health with no underlying diseases; 4. Those who have received inactivated vaccines as required by the State; 5. No serious adverse reactions occurred during the course of inoculation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant patients; 2. Patients who suffered from sudden acute disease during the study and follow-up, requiring hospitalization, or became pregnant or aborted during the follow-up, which may affect immune function; 3. Withdraw from the experimenter for personal reasons.
