Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 70 years, ECOG (physical condition) score 0-2; 2. Clinical diagnostic criteria for liver cancer were met before surgery according to the 2018 Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Liver Cancer in China; All patients were evaluated as inoperable; 3. All patients received conversion therapy for liver cancer; 4. No other anti-tumor therapy, such as radiotherapy and chemotherapy, biotherapy and local ablation, was performed before treatment; 5. The patient was free of AIDS, other malignant tumors, heart disease and other basic diseases before surgery; 6. Voluntarily attend and regularly accept follow-up examinations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe complications of heart, lung, kidney and other important organs such as dyspnea and heart failure occurred during the observation period; 2. During the observation period, patients received liver surgery, local ablation, radiotherapy, biotherapy and other treatments; 3. The patient developed malignant tumors of other organs during the observation period; 4. Insufficient blood supply to the tumor; 5. Patients with widely spread metastatic tumors, whose survival time is less than 3 months; 6. Liver function: Child -- Pugh grade C; 7. The patient was not willing to continue the study within 1 year.
