65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients planning to undergo laparoscopic radical gastrectomy, operation duration >=3h; 2. Aged >=65 years, ASAI-III; 3. Body mass index 18.5 ~ 25 kg/m^2; 4. No obvious abnormality in lung function, no invertebrate or thoracic deformity, no difficult airway, asthma or COPD; 5. After fully explaining the content of clinical trials, participants should voluntarily join and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection or pulmonary infection in the last 4 weeks, chest X-ray indicating pneumonia; 2. Complicated with serious diseases, including severe liver and kidney injury, autoimmune diseases, immune deficiency, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, neuropsychiatric diseases, blood diseases, etc.; 3. Preoperative blood oxygen saturation <=90%; 4. Poor compliance, difficult to cooperate with treatment and follow-up; 5. Participated in other clinical studies in the last 3 months; 6. Situations in which other researchers consider it inappropriate to participate in the study.
