18 Years to 44 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Full-time clinician, aged 18-44 years. 2. Have regular sleep habits. 3. No psychiatric disorders or sleep disorders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with a history of chronic health disorders (e.g., hypertension, chronic pain disorders, etc.). 2. Any acute health problem (e.g., broken arm, cold or flu). 3. Subjects who have used strong painkillers, sedatives, psychiatric drugs, hypnotics or euphorics in the past six months. 4. Have a history of alcohol or drug abuse. 5. A history of smoking, avoiding confounding factors that lead to a link between smoking and pain intensity or poor sleep. 6. Use of any medications or dietary supplements, including vitamins and cod liver oil. 7. BMI greater than 27.5. 8. Have received general anesthesia in the past month.
