18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective thoracoscopic surgery; 2. Aged 18-75 years, gender unlimited; 3. ASA I-II; 4. BMI 18-30 kg/m^2; 5. No mental and nervous system diseases; 6. Patients who cannot tolerate anesthesia surgery without complicated heart, lung and other important organ diseases; 7. No puncture site infection; 8. Plan to stay in hospital >= 48 hours after surgery; 9. Patients required the use of self-controlled analgesic devices after surgery; 10. Clearly understand, voluntarily participate in the study, and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Long-term users of analgesic and sedative drugs and alcoholics; 2. Previous history of intracranial surgery or craniocerebral injury; 3. Severe visual, hearing, language impairment or inability to communicate for other reasons; 4. Those who are allergic to or contraindicated with morphine and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID).
