Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who were diagnosed with breast cancer by pathology and underwent surgical treatment according to the diagnosis and treatment guidelines for breast cancer from January 2013 to January 2022 in the People's Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region; 2. All patients did not undergo chemotherapy, radiotherapy or endocrine therapy before specimen collection; 3. No autoimmune diseases such as hyperthyroidism, rheumatoid disease, diabetes mellitus; 4. No hematological diseases; 5. No history of steroid therapy; 6. The patient is conscious and his vital signs are stable.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating patients; 2. Psychiatric patients with severe primary diseases of the heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and endocrine system, and other malignant tumors; 3. Lost to follow-up, postoperative follow-up without any test record; 4. The patient refused to sign the informed consent or could not complete the follow-up; 5. Other conditions deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the researchers.
