20 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 20 and 40 years, no gender limit; 2. There is a trigger point problem of the trapezius superior fascicle muscle fascia; 3. No other treatment has been given for this problem within 1 month; 4. Stable vital signs and normal communication; 5. Informed consent has been signed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of trauma; 2. Have tumors, tuberculosis and neurological diseases; 3. Patients with positive brachial plexus pulling test and discogenic pain and series of symptoms; 4. Severe osteoporosis; 5. Have severe high blood pressure; 6. Too low pain tolerance to cooperate.
