Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients admitted to the emergency chest pain Center for acute chest/back pain during the period of cohort construction were derived and verified.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Juvenile patients aged <18 years; 2. Patients in the emergency chest pain Center database with non-pain as the chief complaint; 3. Patients with AAS or NSTE-ACS cannot be definitively excluded due to death/patient rejection/other reasons; 4. Patients who lost follow-up or refused follow-up within 6 months.
