Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing general anesthesia and invasive arterial puncture; 2. ASA grading ?-?; 3. Aged 20-60 years and the gender is not limited; 4. The patient has fully understood the nature of the study, voluntarily participated in the experiment and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are known to be allergic to the drug ingredients in this study and allergic constitution; 2. Infected ulcer at puncture site; 3. Coronary heart disease;. Bronchial asthma; Severe hypertension; Heart and lung diseases and liver and kidney insufficiency; 4. Obesity (BMI>30); 5. History of neurological diseases; Drug addiction and alcoholism; 6. Patients who have participated in clinical trials of other drugs within the last 4 weeks; 7. Poor compliance and inability to complete the experiment according to the study plan; 8. For any reason, the researcher considers that there are any circumstances unsuitable for inclusion.
