Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years; 2. ASA: I-III; 3. Selective thoracoscopic lung surgery; 4. Expected duration of single lung ventilation > 1 hour; 5. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative neuromuscular disease, intracranial injury or tumor, lung transplantation; 2. Pregnant and lactating patients; 3. Acute lung injury or acute respiratory distress syndrome, severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (GOLD stage ?-? or receiving noninvasive ventilation or oxygen therapy at home); 4. Persistent hemodynamic instability or refractory shock, heart failure class III-IV (New York Heart Association heart failure classification), acute coronary syndrome, chronic renal failure (glomerular filtration rate < 30ml/min) or severe liver failure (such as liver failure, etc.); 5. The patient was unable to cooperate with the study for any reason or the anesthesiologist considered that the patient should not be included in the trial; 6. Have participated in other clinical studies.
