Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with post-herpetic trigeminal neuralgia who have been clinically confirmed and whose pain has lasted for at least 1 month. 2. Aged 45-75 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. All other diseases that may cause facial area pain (primary trigeminal neuralgia, intracranial space occupying, glossopharyngeal neuralgia, temporomandibular arthritis, etc.). 2. Postherpetic neuralgia of other cranial nerves (oculomotor nerve palsy of herpes zoster, herpes meningitis, etc.). 3. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and respiratory diseases combined with serious other systemic diseases cannot complete the treatment. 4. Patients with a history of allergy to related therapeutic drugs. 5. Patients with abnormal coagulation function and those who take anticoagulant and anticoagulant tablets within a week. 6. Patients with diabetes and mental illness, recent use of antipsychotics, alcohol or drug abuse, and language and communication disorders. 7. Puncture site infection. 8. Ultrasound showed unclear anatomical structure. 9. Critical thrombocytopenia, hemorrhagic diseases (allergic purpura, hemophilia, essential thrombocytopenia purpura, etc.). 10. Leukemia and septicaemia.
