Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=60 years; 2. All of them meet the diagnostic criteria for possible Alzheimer's disease of the National Institute of Neurology, Speech and Communication Disorders and Stroke - Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders Society (NINCDS/ADRDA); 3. Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score: illiterate (uneducated) group 6 years) group =1; 5. Able to cooperate with the completion of relevant scales.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Vascular dementia, Lewy body dementia, frontotemporal dementia, Parkinson's disease dementia and other central nervous system disorders caused by dementia (such as brain tumor, multiple sclerosis, encephalitis, epilepsy, normal intracranial pressure hydrocephalus, etc.); Dementia due to metabolic and nutritional deficiencies (e.g., abnormal thyroid function, persistent hypoglycemia, vitamin B12 deficiency, folate deficiency, etc.); Alcoholism, drug abuse and other conditions known to lead to dementia; 2. Severe functional failure of important organs and critically ill patients; 3. Patients with asthma, urticaria and allergy to pollen in the past; 4. Patients with mental and behavioral disorders, schizophrenia and emotional disorders caused by the use of psychoactive substances.
