Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children with biliary atresia confirmed by surgery or liver biopsy; 2. Children with complete preoperative and postoperative liver ultrasound and shear-wave elastic imaging data; 3. Children with complete prognostic follow-up data (including serum bilirubin level within 6 months, survival time of autogenous liver after Kasai, and liver transplantation time after Kasai, etc.).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with biliary atresia complicated with other serious diseases; 2. Children lost to follow-up.
