Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for bladder cancer group: (1) The ultrasonography or cystoscopy indicated bladder cancer, which was confirmed as bladder urothelial carcinoma by pathology; (2) Preoperative cystoscopy results were perfect, including CT or MRI examination results; (3) No previous history of other malignant tumors; (4) No chemotherapy, radiotherapy or immunotherapy. 2. Inclusion criteria of benign urinary diseases group: patients with cystitis, bladder calculi, ureteral calculi, kidney calculi, prostatic hyperplasia, renal cysts, adrenal benign tumors and other benign urinary diseases, with no previous history of malignant tumors. 3. Normal control group: healthy volunteers.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for bladder cancer group: 1. The patient has active autoimmune disease or history of autoimmune disease; 2. Patients with active infection and unexplained fever >=38.5? within 7 days prior to enrollment; 3. Have a history of immunodeficiency or active stage of tuberculosis; 4. According to the investigators, the patients had other factors that might affect the study results or cause the study to be terminated, such as alcoholism, drug abuse, and other serious diseases (including mental illness) requiring treatment.
