Group L:After anesthesia, lie flat and swing the operating table to the left by 15 degree

Group LL:After anesthesia, lie flat and swing the operating table to the left by 30 degree

Group H:After anesthesia, lie flat and keep the operating table horizontal

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Single pregnancy, full-term pregnancy; 2. No primary systemic disease, American Anesthesiologist Grade (ASA) I-II; 3. No contraindications to intravertebral anesthesia; 4. Understand the experiment and participate voluntarily, sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Gestational hypertension, diabetes, heart disease and other complications of pregnancy; 2. Preoperative emergency cesarean section complicated with fetal distress; 3. Patients accustomed to lying on the right side on weekdays; 4. Patients with spinal, myelopathy, spinal radiculopathy or other central nervous system diseases; 5. There are infected people at the puncture site; 6. Patients with severe abnormal coagulation function.
